Can I refund/return an item at any time?
We stand behind our products and hope you'll enjoy them as much as we do. But once your order has been processed we cannot guarantee that you will be able to change or cancel the order. We process and ship orders very quickly so they get in your hands as soon as possible, but that also means the window where we can make changes often does not exist. Can I return an item if there are defects?
We have strict rules on our refund policy. If there are defects with your current product we will happily work with you in replacing it. We can ship you a new product or issue a refund.
